The second (and sadly, final) outing for Timothy Dalton as 007, 1989's Licence to Kill remains somewhat underappreciated by history. Arguably the darkest-ever Bond film, Dalton dazzles as the vengeful \"former British agent\" who will right a horrible wrong, or die trying.
